Serving Suggestion:
Wickles Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 lbs. Cooked Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Yellow or Red Bell Pepper finely diced
½ Cup White Onion finely diced
¾ Cup Celery finely diced
2 T Wickles Relish
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Chopped Fresh Italian Parsley
2 t Fresh Dill
¾ t Salt
½ t Black Pepper
¼ t Dry Rosemary crushed by hand
1 t Fresh Thyme
1) Chop chicken into fine consistency (or food processor)
2) Combine all other ingredients and blend with wire wisk until a smooth consistency is achieved. Or just use a food processor.
3) As a dip, serve in a bowl with non-chopped Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves as a garnish
4) For more robust flavor let stand in the refrigerator over night

Quartered green tomatoes, pickled in a slightly sweetened brine with fresh onions and spices.
Crab & Green Tomato Dip
1 cup fresh lump crab meat, drained and cut into small wedges
1 (8 ounce package) cream cheese
1/3 cup Stripling's Green Tomato Pickles, drained and diced*
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons half and half
1 tablespoon horseradish
½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
Drain crab meat if necessary; remove any random cartilage and cut into small bite-sized wedges. Soften cream cheese at room temperature, then add crab and other ingredients. Use extra green tomato pickles as garnish. Chill in refrigerator for several hours to allow flavors to permeate. Serve with pretzels, table crackers, or baguette bread.
*1 (16 ounce) jar of Stripling's Green Tomato Pickles will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for snacking or other uses!

What is a Delmonico Ribeye?
Steak was originally introduced to the menu around 1850. There seem to be quite a few people that disagree to exactly what this first cut was. Over the years, eight different cuts have come to be known as a Delmonico steak. Some people insist that a Delmonico is a top sirloin; however, if you visit a well-educated butcher chances are you are going to get a Ribeye. Most people will tell you that the Ribeye is the perfect blend of flavor and tenderness due to the much desired marbling. Therefore claiming the Ribeye is just about the best steak you can get. We certainly don't disagree!
