Stripling's Coarse Ground Black Pepper comes into good use when you've got a multitude of competing tastes and textures in a particular dish. Consider the Sesame Steak recipe (below): soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, onion, and sesame are all vying for attention. Sesame Steak 1/4 cup sesame seeds • cup grapeseed oil 3 medium onions, diced • cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons light brown sugar • cup lemon juice • teaspoon Stripling's Coarse Ground Black Pepper* • teaspoon ginger 3 pounds of sirloin steak, at least 1inch thick In large sauté pan, brown sesame seeds in grapeseed oil. Add in next 6 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Turn heat up to high, add in steak(s) and cook thoroughly.
