Stripling's Vidalia Onion Poppy Seed Dressing is superb on most salads and vegetables. We really like it on roasted potato wedges (see recipe below), because it's a way to jazz up boring potatoes without going the predictable route of butter and sour cream.
Roasted Poppy Seed Potato Wedges
- 6 medium baking potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Dash of sea salt
- 1/4 c. (2 oz.) Stripling's Vidalia Onion Poppy Seed Dressing*
Directions:
Drizzle potato wedges with olive oil and sea salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender. Place in serving dish and pour Stripling's Vidalia Onion Poppy Seed Dressing over top of wedges. Serve while still warm. *1 (12 ounce) bottle of Stripling's Vidalia Onion Poppy Seed Dressing will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for other uses!
