Vidalia onions are so prized in these parts that our state legislature authorized a trademark for them and limited their growth to a small region of Georgia. Needless to say, you won't encounter a dressing like Stripling's Vidalia Onion Dressing just anywhere. And we strongly believe that our version pays proper homage to the farmers and producers whose vocation centers around such a unique variety of onion.

Watercress Crunch Salad

• 4 c. torn fresh watercress
• 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1/4 c. sliced carrots
• 1/2 c. sliced canned hearts of palm
• 1/3 c. slivered almonds
• 1/2 package ramen noodles (uncooked) crushed
• 1/3 c. Stripling's Creamy Vidalia Onion Dressing*
• Dash of pepper

Directions:

Toss first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss again. *1 (12 ounce) bottle of Stripling's Creamy Vidalia Onion Dressing will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for other uses!
