Alright, consider yourself warned! Stripling's 5 Amigos Pepper Salsa falls into the very hot category, which means that even if you are a tough guy, you need to have at least two glasses of water on hand afterward. And don't be shocked if a few tears trickle out of the corners of your eyes, either. We told you so. This non-tomato based salsa packs in quite an array of peppers: poblano peppers, serrano peppers, jalapeno peppers, cayenne peppers, and then the harmless bell peppers. This extremely spicy salsa is a superb match for the Crustless Broccoli & Cheese Quiche recipe (below).

- 1 (16 oz.) jar Stripling's 5 Amigos Pepper Salsa*
Directions:

Pour milk mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Romano cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, making sure that center is completely done (toothpicks come out clean). Let stand and cool for 10 minutes. Serve quiche slice over toasted bread, and put heaping spoonfuls of Stripling's 5 Amigos Pepper Salsa over top of both. *1 (16 ounce) jar of Stripling's 5 Amigos Pepper Salsa will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for snacking or other uses!
