Our original sweetfire recipe enhanced with pineapple tidbits.
Serving suggestion
Fruit-n-Fire Guacamole
2 large ripe avocados
¼ cup Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire, drained and chopped*
2 individual cloves fresh garlic, minced finely
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ cup diced fresh pear
Dash of salt, if needed
Mash avocado flesh with fork to desired consistency. Add Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire, garlic, lemon juice, pear, and (if necessary) salt. Can be eaten at room temperature or chilled for several hours. Perfect for serving with nachos or other tortilla type chips; also good with crackers.
*1 (16 ounce) jar of Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for snacking or other uses!

Grilled Stuffed Duck
Clean, prepared ducks
1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
½ cup Stripling's Cherry Sweet Fire, drained*
Uncooked Bacon
Olive oil
Start grill; allow coals to burn down.
Brush ducks with olive oil. Stuff cavity of each duck with mixture of onion, celery, and Stripling's Cherry Sweet Fire. Wrap bacon around each duck, if necessary using toothpicks or other tool to keep in place. Close grill and cook long enough so that both bacon and duck meat are sufficiently grilled.

Sweet Fire Tuna Salad
1 can of Tuna Fish, drained
2 stalks of Celery, chopped
1 fresh Apple, chopped
2 Boiled Eggs, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
½ cup of Mayonnaise
¼ cup of Stripling’s Sweet Fire, chopped
Combine all ingredients together
Chill and serve.
