Since Stripling’s Chow Chow has such a vast sampling of veggies, we knew it would have a myriad of uses. Corn is so well-liked, so we suggest our Chow Chow be put to good use in this recipe (see below) for Baked Corn and Chow Chow, a terrific vegetarian entrée. Baked Corn and Chow Chow 2 tablespoon butter ? medium yellow onion, chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped 3 tablespoons all purpose flour ? teaspoon salt 10 ounces sour cream 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed 1 (16 ounce) jar Stripling's Chow Chow* Sauté onion and celery in butter. With a fork, rapidly beat in flour and salt. Add sour cream and then corn, continuing to cook. Pour mixture into 8 inch oven safe dish. Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with spoonfuls of Stripling's Chow Chow placed across top of corn. *1(16 ounce) jar of Stripling's Chow Chow will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for other uses!
