SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are pre-paid and to guarantee delivery, we must have a complete and correct street address. Due
to UPS regulations, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We use only the most effective delivery
services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. With our standard delivery service, we generally
ship the next business day, and orders arrive in 7-10 business days to most locations.(This statement excludes
the shipment of sausage.)
Stripling’s General Store is currently only able to ship within the continental United States of America.
Once your product has left our shipping docks, Stripling’s General Store will confirm, by email, your order
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Please don't be concerned if you don't receive all the items you ordered in one shipment. To take advantage
of shipping efficiencies, we sometimes ship items separately.
SAUSAGE SHIPMENTS
Sausage, BBQ, and Brunswick stew are shipped on Mondays through Wednesdays only. Orders placed Wednesday after 11a.m. through the
weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Sausage, BBQ, and Brunswick stew should be refrigerated or frozen immediately
upon receipt. All of our Sausage, BBQ, and Brunswick stew arrives partially to fully thawed. Of course a number of factors
affect how it arrives, but we guarantee that it will be cool to the touch. To get these perishable
items to you promptly and safely, we must use UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery at a higher cost than
standard shipping for states shown below in white.
