Cheese HoopsStripling’s cheese hoops are some of our most sought after products. What makes are cheese different? Our customers will tell you that everything from the flavor to the texture makes our cheeses truly one of a kind. If you have never tried a cheese hoop before, you are in for a treat. Hoop cheese is made by pouring cheese curds onto a mold where it is then allowed to set into a more firm cheese. After it sets, it can either be cut into wedges or sold whole. In the old days when cheese hoops were commonly sold at supermarkets, it was often freshly cut right off of the mold.

Tasty Cheese Hoops Made With Care

Stripling’s cheese hoops originate from the state of Wisconsin. You probably already know that Wisconsin is for cheese in general, but their hoop cheese really is a treat that should not be passed up. Our cheese hoops are made from fresh milk that is allowed to settle in the mold over the period of several days and then covered with a rind. We currently offer two different options of cheese. The red rind means that the cheese will be more on the mild side, while the black rind sharp cheddar is perfect for all those people who enjoy their cheese with a kick. We also give you the option of either getting a wedge or a whole hoop.

Cheese hoops can be enjoyed alone or with a variety of other foods. The soft texture and salty flavor make this cheese ideal to pair up with some of our hams, sausages, or hot sauce. It can also add the perfect touch to your baking and be used in everything from pizza to lasagna. When you place your order, we will make sure that it arrives at your doorstep as fast as possible so that you can best enjoy the fresh, unforgettable flavor of our cheese.
